Scott Nibblett

Scott Nibblett is the president of Absolute Security Group, LLC., a provider of fire, security, video, and access control systems that serves Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Scott has over thirty-five years of experience in the security and life safety industry and holds a NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems. He first started as an installer, service technician, and salesman for another local company, then took a leap of faith in 1998 to found Absolute Security with no employees and little money in the bank. Over the last twenty-seven years, with loyal employees who have joined along the way, multiple acquisitions of other companies, a customer base that continues to grow, and a strong commitment to maintaining the feel of a small, family-run business, Scott has built Absolute into the premier security company it is today. Absolute Security joined the Zeus family in July of 2025. Outside of work, Scott spent thirty-three years in United States Air Force Reserve, and has been married to his wife, Nancy, for over thirty-two years. Together they have two children, Abigail and Ian. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and spending weekends on his boat.
