Priya Serai is an award winning techno-business leader with recyclable dreams. She has a history of
success in creating and implementing strategies for customer facing needs and business applications like
HR, Finance, Sales and Customer Service. Priya has over 19 years of experience in delivering strategic
projects that drove up to 300% of revenue growth and has streamlined operations with cost savings of
up to 15%. She is an expert in leading cross-functional, global teams in delivering complex projects and
process improvements for industry leaders.

Priya started her career as a Java Developer, and has since worked in various capacities in the tech
industry – from Business Analyst, Project Manager to Quality Assurance and was recently a Chief
Information Officer. Priya’s growth mantra is to connect innovative technology solutions to business
problems across various industries and find the hidden dollars be it with revenue growth or cost
efficiencies. She is passionate about women’s growth in technology and participates in various initiatives
to support, mentor and coach women in leadership.

An engineer from Mumbai University, Priya also holds an MBA degree from one of the top Ivy schools in
USA – Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. Priya currently resides in Philadelphia, PA
with her husband and 2 kids.
