Paul Sibley

Paul Sibley is Vice President of M&A and Integrations at Zeus Fire & Security, the industry leader in fire and security solutions. Sibley joined Zeus following the company's acquisitions of Alert Alarm of Hawaii, SMG Security of Chicago, and UAS of Philadelphia. Sibley served as Chief Financial Officer at Alert Alarm and SMG during the prior seven years, helping to manage 250 employees and over 30,000 customers.Previously, the Louisiana native managed compliance, risk, and financial reporting across the security, real estate, banking, investment banking, IT, and healthcare industries for nearly three decades. Sibley's career began in commercial banking as an underwriter before he led a $40 million real estate development project for the University of San Francisco. His accomplishments include expanding Deutsche Bank's mortgage-backed securities operations on the West Coast; replacing the core IT systems for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii, the largest carrier in the state; and doubling the operations of a private physician group across Hawaii, also helping to convert its business into an ESOP. Sibley is active across numerous boards and organizations and has published a children's book. He graduated from Louisiana State University and received his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
