Ed Pedersen is the VP of Hub Sales at Zeus Fire & Security, the industry leader in fire and security solutions. Ed is a highly experienced and skilled executive within the Security & Life Safety industry with decades of experience and expertise in the three pillars of the industry - System Integration, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

Ed has held Executive positions at both System Integration and Manufacturing companies such as G4S Technologies, Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, ADS Security, and ADT Security. Most recently, he led the transition from a Rep Firm sales model to a direct sales force at Bosch Building Technologies, resulting in a 6-year CAGR of over 15%, and a record performance in 2022, where we grew by 42% and reached 120% of our Plan.

Ed is solutions-focused and unafraid to tackle complex challenges. His expertise is in evaluating operations then implementing improvements that increase revenue, decrease costs, improve employee performance, and reduce turnover. He dives headfirst into deep-seated challenges, uncovering possibilities and develops a winning strategy, leveraging his significant industry experience.

Ed attended the University of Illinois, where he received his bachelor’s degree and was a scholarship athlete, playing on the Fighting Illini Football Team.
