Roger Savage

Roger Savage is President of Alert Alarm, the dominant security services company in Hawaii. Zeus Fire & Security acquired Alert Alarm in early 2022, along with SMG of Chicago and UAS of Philadelphia. Savage became Alert Alarm’s Vice President in 2010, ascending to President in 2014. His accomplishments include rebranding the company, expanding its product line portfolio, integrating six acquisitions, developing a customer retention program, developing and launching a new website, and designing and building a new facility.
Previously, Savage worked for various segments of the Litton Industries conglomerate for more than 30 years. He became CEO/President of the company's Kester Inc. division, a manufacturer of electronic materials with 11 worldwide facilities, from 2000 to 2008. During that time, Litton was acquired by Northrop Grumman, with the Kester division later being sold to American Capital and ITW. As CEO/President, Savage established manufacturing sites in Mexico, Malaysia, and China; and acquired a Japanese competitor and Canadian manufacturing firm. His leadership helped boost sales from $110 million to $200 million. Savage attended Depauw University in Greencastle, Ind.
