Paul D. Ridder

Paul Ridder is the Chief Financial Officer of Zeus Fire & Security, the industry leader in fire and security solutions. Prior to joining Zeus, Paul was the CFO and then President of Tasty Baking Company from 2007 to 2023. During his tenure at Tasty Baking Company, Paul was responsible for restructuring the Company’s credit facilities to allow for the construction of one of the largest state-of-the-art green bakeries in the country. Paul also developed and implemented the strategy that expanded Tasty Baking Company from a regional to a national company, which more than tripled the reach of the popular Tastykake brand.

From 1996 through 2007, Paul worked at Radnor Holdings Corporation, a global manufacturer and distributor of foodservice packaging and specialty chemical products, in a variety of positions including Chief Financial Officer. While at Radnor, Paul executed numerous domestic and international acquisitions and raised significant growth capital through public and private debt and equity transactions. These transactions, along with organic growth, resulted in a five-fold increase in revenues through the time of the company’s divestiture. Paul started his professional career in the accounting and audit services group at Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia.

Paul is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University as well as an MBA degree from Villanova University. Paul is an active member of the community and lends his expertise to various organizations, including the Philadelphia Zoo, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University where he currently serves as the chair of the board. Paul resides with his family in Malvern, PA.
